Lanyards and medals with neckribbons pose a strangulation hazard to children. These products are not intended to be used by small children without adult supervision. For adolescents, please add a breakaway attachement to lanyards to prevent strangulation. Most of our products can be a choking hazard if used improperly. Nothing that we sell is intended to go in your mouth, and nothing we sell is intended for small children.

AI, .PDF (illustrator editable), or EPS with fonts converted to outlines (curves). Submitting bitmap art (.JPG, TIFF, .BMP or .PNG files) may incur an artwork charge. Proofing and ApprovalWe will send art proofs for you or your client to approve before production of every order. 

Production time begins on art approval. No production will start until the proofs are approved in writing (e-mail). Final product will match approved proof. Make sure any changes are requested BEFORE approving the proof.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in advance, all of our orders require a 50% advance payment, and the balance is due when we ship your products. Clients with net terms, your invoice becomes due on ship date. You will be provided an invoice and tracking number on your ship date. Please pay by check within your net terms. Late payments incur a 1.6% finance charge with monthly accrual.

Unless credit term has been agreed upon, payment for the products shall be made by credit card or check. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on your invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. An order may be invoiced separately. Full Designs is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer by Full Designs and reserves the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors. Full Designs reserves the right to charge you a late penalty charge of up to 1.6% per month applied against undisputed overdue amounts or the maximum rate permitted by law whichever is less. Every 30 days thereafter, you will incur an additional late penalty charge.

Full Designs appreciates our clients. That's why we're happy to offer FREE SHIPPING on every order. We will ship your order without cost to one location in North America. Additional dropships will be at client's expense. Shipping outside North AMerica may incur additional charges, taxes, tarrifs or fees. These charges are the responsibility of the client or receiver, and are not Full Designs' responsibility.

Within 30 days of purchase, for any reason, undamaged stock products can be returned for a full refund, excluding custom orders as they may not be eligible for refunds.
Many of our products are custom processed, so each product may have slight variations and cannot be 100% identical to the print. Minor differences (defined as aesthetic differences of 5% or less in the product) are considered normal and acceptable. If the merchandise is defective or if you are unsatisfied with the product, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, and we will be happy to assist you.

Once an order is placed, you are free to cancel a non-rush order at any time before production has begun. Rush orders may not be canceled.
If we have not started production, you will receive a full cancellation refund.
Production starts when the mold maker begins creating the set-up for your custom product.
Once this step has begun, charges are incurred and you may no longer cancel your order for a full refund.
If we have begun processing the mold for your custom order and you decide to cancel, you will be responsible for the mold charges and any other set-up fees we've incurred.
We will deduct these enumerated costs from your payment and refund the rest of the amount you have paid.
Once we have fully manufactured the custom products you have ordered, you are responsible for the full payment amount and no cancellation refunds will be given.

For cancelled orders paid for by CREDIT CARD, there is a 5% cancellation fee. This fee covers the costs and fees associated with processing two credit card transactions. Thank you for your understanding. There is no cancellation fee when orders have been paid by check or money order.

All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
